I’m the Nerd Personal Trainer, based in Bristol, UK.
My Mission with The Strength Guild is to help You reduce intimidation of the gym, gamify your fitness, and provide a fun, approachable way towards working out. I struggled a lot with weight in my teens, and know personally that Nerdy hobbies often don’t provide much in the way of fitness. As such, my goal is to help You ‘find your fun’ with training, create sustainable lifestyle changes, and level up your stats whilst doing so!
So if you’re intimidated by Sporty PT’s who’ve never even heard of Warhammer, have never toiled over a character sheet for DnD, or have never spent 8 hours straight playing video games:

I’ve extensive experience with science backed training, and confidently coach both beginners AND intermediates looking to improve their training, physique and push through plateaus!I also have over 8 years of experience training people from a wide variety of ages, backgrounds and genders
